Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Virginia
can not get dr. to call back
My mom recently died of sudden liver failure following an operation. I consented to a liver autopsy and now I can not get the Dr. to call back with info about the results of this autopsy. i have left 4 Voice mails with no response.

go to the doctor's office and get it--if this was done at a hosptital go to the hospital and request a copy--good luck, if they will not give you the records ask why.feel free to let me know what they say and I will be glad to help guide you through this.
