Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Virginia

I had Essure now I am pregnant

Oct 6th 2008! I had the Essure Proceedure done I had been evicted before my HSG and moved far away. I tried to go to get the HSG but medicade wouldnt pay for it unless I traveled back to where I was from. I am now Pregnant! Can I sue and who should I sue if I can?

More relevant and clarifying facts would appear to be necessary to address this question(and fewer acronyms and terminology for medical procedures which apparently are not in the arena of general knowledge for average folks like myself).
