Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Virginia

i know its to late for me to get better...but is it to late for me to sue?

I had a slip&fall inury at work 10-30-2003.had MANY injurys at once,only one was delt with,incorectly by unquilfied doctor.NO SURGERY WAS DONE (to base the sue date by)so I was told,the date would be,the last day being seen by them...IS THIS TRUE ? IM STILL W/THEM...W/C,ins.will not let me change doctors(we asked at the begining,when we found out they had NO EXPERIENCE0

You have two years from the date of your injury to file a suit.
