Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Virginia

Live in Florida Malpracticed happened in Virginia

My mother lived in Virginia, I live in Jacksonville, FL. There were many things that did not seem right during my mothers stay at the hospital's and I (and my family) would like to see if this could be something that they covered up?

We are not after money, we are okay there, but we don't ever want this to happen to anyone else!

Can I pursue this from an attorney in Florida when this occured in virgina?

You almost certainly have to file any suit in Virginia, so a Va. lawyer would be necessary.
