Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Virginia
is it medical negligence by a doctor when he tells you that you are authorized for a surgery so he does the surgery but when it comes time for the second part of the surgery you find out nothing was ever authorized even though the doctor says it was and now i am stuck with no coverage and unable to walk because i have no knee joint in my leg because the second surgery wont get authorized due to the fact the first one was done without authorization

this "authorizing" for the surgery and what is the surgeon's explanation for your lack
of coverage?
