Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Virginia

i was sexual assualt and harassed while being examined
i am going to make it brief. i was being examine and the doctor did some things that was totally out of order. The whole examiniation was painful. The doctor stroke my clitoris which i know it is not part of the examination, he held up the device that was inserted in my vagina and said what he had in his hand was a lethal device. The nurse had her back turn doing the process. as if she did not want to be a withness too what was being taken place. I knew that something was giong to take place because the time i was there the whole atmosphere did not feel right. I am going to file a serious complaint because there has been more than incident when a doctor had did something out of order. This is the first of this nature (sexually), but there has been other cases where i was harassed and misdiagnois
