Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Virginia

While my son was at the hospital going thru cancer treatment , a orthotics shoes company - happen to deliver Orthotics shoes with out my knowledge and sign by unknown person at the hospital .

And 2 years after they are taking me to civil court ( and I. Court I disagreed and judge wanted me to write a answer and grounds of defense ......( the item was deliver to the hospital on April 4 / 2011

Can same one give an idea please ....thanks

this is a bit too vague. Did you or your spouse sign for the shoes? What did the shoes have to do, if anything, with your son's cancer treatment? sounds like the case can be defended. In what court is the case pending?
