Legal Question in Military Law in Virginia
adminsep past my eaos
My EAOS was 8 days ago, i went in today to outprocess, and am being told that they are still going to do the admin sep, even though this was the earliest they could get me in to outprocess, i was under the impression that they can't admin sep me past me eaos.

They should not be able to adsep you after your eaos. They can only hold you past your eaos if they are investigating or planning a court-martial case, not for admin separations. Since you are past your enlistment, demand that you be released.
