hey my husband is in the navy and about 5 or 6 months ago he had an affair with a highschool girl while i was in florida for almost a month. he is 24 how old does the girl have to be for it can be considered statutory rape

Consenting child of age 13 or over and under age 15 = Class 4 felony. (See Va. Criminal Code 18.2-63.)
