Typically relations between an officer and enlisted person are deemed to be improper fraternization. There is no automatic rule concerning such relationships. It is all governed by regulations. The AR bans any such relationships within the same chain of command, within a school or teacher/student relationship, or any other environment where one person would have some control or supervision over the other. The AR is less strict than the Navy and Marines policy, but it still gives very close scrutiny to an officer having an intimate personal relationship with an enlisted person.

According to military law, no. But folks have escaped problems in the past by getting married before anyone noticed there was a relationship. It's like the tree in the forest that falls when no one is there to hear it. Does it make a sound? In your case, although the relationship is technically forbidden by Army regulations, if no one knows about it, there is no consequence. But you should not construe the answer to this question either as advice to break Army regulations or advice to get married.
