Legal Question in Military Law in Virginia
Old Conviction
When in the Navy 30 years ago, I was convicted of posession of Marijuana in excess of 30 grams. I plead guilty, went to a Special Court Marshall, but still got an honorable discharge. In Va. in 1980 was this considered a felony? Should I disclose on a Nat. Sec. check?
