Legal Question in Military Law in Virginia

I am a Cpl in the USMC. i am currently up in Norfolk, at security forces regt. I was in a FAST plt. and while deployed had a Marine pick up Cpl. im sure you can see where this is going. blood strip. nothing bad just a couple knees. also some Lcpl picked up and we just gave em a tap on the collar. long story short special court martial for this. its me and 3 Sgt's going up for a special court martial. but they are going to NJP us for the LCPL's and court martial us for the blood striping. i dont know what to do and need some help with this. thanks

p.s. where all good NCO's with clean records and have been in over 5 years. ( on our second enlistment) thanks

You need to make sure that you get a good attorney who will do everything possible to defend you against these charges. You will get a JAG appointed to your case, but if he or she are not what you want, you can request a different JAG or hire a civilian attorney, Your attorney must know how to defend a court-martial and not be afraid to make waves.
