The relationships in which your wife apparently chose to engage (you do not allege sexual assault in your inquiry) are not normally the business of Congress, the Air Force or her employer. A member of Congress has no standing to require the Air Force to take action against an airman (not a soldier). The Air Force will only take action if the alleged adultery has a direct impact on good order and discipline in the service or is otherwise service discrediting. It's possible that it had no impact. Your wife's employer may also have policies which prohibit it from becoming involved in the private activities of its employees, absent some direct impact on the agency. This is not the type of request for which legal services are required. You may write a letter to whomever you wish, but you should not expect any of these organizations to expend resources on what appears to be a private matter between you and your spouse.
