Legal Question in Military Law in Virginia
GI bill
i am being admin separated from the navy with a general(under honorable conditions). i am being told i dont get the gi bill, i have been in for 5 years, paid for gi bill, reenlisted(ie honorably discharged and reenlisted) i am being separated for failing PRT. do i get the gi bill ???

Re: GI bill
You must have an HONORABLE discharge ("General, under Honorable Conditions" doesn't count) in order to receive the GI Bill. Feel free to contact me if you need help trying to upgrade your discharge.
