If i was injured doing my job should i get compensated for it?
I hurt my knee in 03 was said to have Chondromalacia Patella by 2 military doctors. 2nd time i went to doctor going up and down stairs was unbearable. now i am getting general discharged due to not being worldwide assignable. i am getting turn down on separation pay because i am still under obligated serve. this problem will get worse and not every get better iaw navy doctor who also sugested no shipboard and excessive climbing billits. should the military take responsibilty or not

You cannot be administratively discharged for a medical injury. You must go through the Physical Evaluation Board (PEB) process where you get disability compensation. What they are attemptng or threatening to do is wrong and should be stopped. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
