Legal Question in Military Law in Virginia
must i provide tricare/id card/benefits for my estranged spouse?
i am in the Navy and have always been told that i must carry my spouse on my page 2 until the divorce is final. recently she lost her i.d. card and is demanding i sign for her to get a new one. is there any circumstance that would allow me to cancel her benefits? she has committed all types of offenses, seems wrong to allow her to receive any of my military privledges.

You can't cancel the benefits until the divorce; and if you have children under a certain age she may get a card for limited purposes. But regulations limit her to a one year renewal. Talk to the people at PSD, they should be able to explain it for you.
