Legal Question in Military Law in Virginia
Not recieving government benefits
I am currently a soldier in the Virginia National Guard. For the last eight months I have not recieved pay, or benefits. And more importantly, they have failed to pay for my tuition, which is the only reason that i have signed up to begin with. My question is; do I have to continue going to drill every month, even if i am not cpmpensated? Also is there any legal action that would be worth my time in persuing against them, or is it too common a case to even consider. Thank you, kellen

Re: Not recieving government benefits
I would bring the matter to the attention of your
commanding officer. If that produces no results,
contact your state and congressional representatives.
