supeona an army recruiter
A judge told me in order for me to get my probation dropped ( DUI )to get into the Army I would have to supeona my recruiter and have her come to court. The recruiter says she doesn't have to respond to a sopeana. Is that true?

Re: supeona an army recruiter
If the recruiter resides within the jurisdiction(not out of state)of the court issuing the subpoena, she must appear, or risk having a Rule
To Show Cause issued against her.
However, if this military person is your recruiter
and is, supposedly, making her best efforts to
enable you to join the U.S. Army, why would a subpoena be necessary to ensure her appearance?
