Legal Question in Military Law in Virginia
Time for review in child support
Hubsand EX want to go back to court because it's been 10 years since they last increase the child support, has never fail to pay. Ex does get it through an allotment. Which I think it's a bad idea. My question is, She said she not only entitle to basic pay but his BAH. Now they have been divorce now 10 years. And she has full custody. Hubby and i only get the BAH because we are living off base.So is there any truth to that.

Re: Time for review in child support
What will count in terms of an action to increase child support is not what the petitioner claims she's entitled to but what the Virginia Child Support Guidelines provide for under Sec. 20-108.2 of the Code of Virginia.
