what is a an affidavit of unswarn declaration under penlty or perjury of significant occupational exposure for living claiment with association to an asbestos exposure case and how long will should it take for this case to settle. Also if I have recieved money's from a lawyer handling the case since why are my payments so low verse other case settlements?

A statement that you are alive and claiming damages for your supposed

significant exposure to asbestos while on the job.

For the other two questions, ask the lawyer who supposedly has been

"handling the case".
