depends on the type of case: Either the Supreme Court of Virginia, or the Va. Court of Appeals.

If it's in Va. Circuit Court, you can appeal most non-domestic civil matters to the Va. Supreme Court. Most criminal matters, domestic relations matters, and certain administrative matters are appealable to the Va. Court of Appeals. See a lawyer for advice; do not try to do an appeal on your own.
