Babysitter's abuse?
Angered by the 10 year old chil striking her with a plastic ball bat. The babysitter puts the child in a closet and threatens physical harm to him. as a result the child will cry uncontrollably when his parents leave the home and is afraid of the dark, also having nightmares. Did any intentional torts occur and what were the elements of the applicable torts?

If this is a real situation, you don't need to know the "elements" of "intentional torts." You need to consult with a lawyer immediately.
