Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

Back injury at work

I suffered a herniated disk on the job(at five below company) due to metal shelves that were never securely bolted on the wall. I have just finished my workers compensation trial. Can i sue five below company for my back injury or would i have to file third party suit on the engineering company?

Better see an attorney about this who understands workman's compensation and

personal injury law as they're currently practiced in the Commonwealth. (I haven't the foggiest idea as to what "five below company" is suppose to mean.)
