Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia
My brother have a class c misdemeanor and he lost one of his jobs bc of it. i thought that class c was one of minor misdemeanors. can he have this taken off of his record? it has been about 12 years now. it was for domestic violence.

No, unfortunately, once convictions are entered, even "minor misdemeanors", cannot be later expunged under Va. Code Sec.19.2-392.2 et seq. (unless,
somehow, the conviction was later proven unlawful and reversed).
