Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

I was in a car accident a couple months ago. No on was injured and the damages were minor. The police were not called. The insurance declared the accident my fault. Everything was paid for. Now we have to go to court. Is it possible that they could sue me for something now?

Go to court for what?

Yes, quite possible. (Otherwise, why would you now be going to court

if the police apparently were never even made aware of this accident?)
