Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

I got a car from a dealership that offer collision insurance they told me I had to get liabilty through another company and I did and then they told me the insurance would only cost me 50 through them so I gave them my 50 n I nerver got the forms and then I got in a car wreck and now they saying I owe them for a car. And they still got my 50. So do I have a case and do you think I would win.
