Three cars were in a fender bender, i was the third car in the rear. The lead car slammed on brakes during a red light causing the two cars behind him to collide into each other The lead car fled, who is at fault?

fled, but, you also may have contributed to the accident by not allowing enough distance between your vehicle and car #2.
