Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

If a employee gets hurt on the job and needs to see a doctor. The doctor treats them for burns to the finger tips, no prescription is given and they have 2 follow ups, does this go on the OSHA 300 Log or just a OSHA 101 form needs to be completed?

Since I have a feeling that OSHA reporting experts are few and far between on this website, I'd check with OSHA itself on this one (if I were you).
