Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

Well I got forced out of a club after I was leaving. Not drunk, only 2 beers. I told them that I was leaving after a verbal convo. with one of the club security guys. As I was walking out , I was put into a full Nelson hold which numbed both arms and coked me and could barly breath. I havent seen a doctor because I was hoping it was going away but my arms now have a neddle like feeling. I cant put my arms on the table with out it bothering me. what can I do?.. what rights do I have?
