If an elementary school agrees to let a Girl Scout troop meet at their school and someone gets hurt, can they be held accountable for any injury on the schools premises?

It's possible that the school could be held liable for such injuries but more facts would be needed in order to provide anything even approaching an informed opinion.

One obvious question would be whether the person

in charge of the scout troop signed a waiver absolving the school of responsibility for these kinds of injuries?
