Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

Hit a bull standing in 4 lane highway at night. Have been out of work almost a year. Right hand is disabled at wrist. 2 operations and lots of thearpy did not help matters much. Have to wear a brace on my hand all the time and continue to take pain meds. Is owner of bull responsible for accident? State is VA..

Might well be that the bull owner could be liable for your injuries, but more

relevant facts would be required(in my opinion) for a more definitive

determination.
