Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

While my husband was driving to work today, his side airbags deployed (both of them). No impact to the side of the car was needed. There is no recall on the air bags. If the company does not take care of it, is there a need to get a lawyer?

We bought the car right off the lot 2 months ago. Its a 2011 Nissan Titan. When we bought it, there were no miles on the car.

you shouldn't need a lawyer, the car is under warranty--BUT be sure to find out why they deployed as that problem should be fixed.
