injured at wal-mart

i was shopping at wal-mart when an air matress fell off the top shelf and struck me in the face. i sustained a cut across the bridge of my nose which bled a lot. i also had a bloody nose, bruising, etc. i was treated and released from an er.

So, did you report the incident to Wal-Mart and ask that they pay for your medical bills? If not, why not? If you were to sue the company, you could also ask for damages for your pain and suffering.
