Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

I was involved in an auto accident with my two young children 5 years ago. I was injured and my daughter was injured, but my son felt fine at the time. He now complains of back pain, so I would like to know how to handle this situation since so much time has passed and I've already settled the case.

If you've already settled the case and five years have elapsed since the accident,

I would have to conclude that you're now way too late to recover anything more.
