Lawsuit

I have been charged with spying and stalking a couple I never met. The false allegations have caused me considerable stress and loss of income; during the trial date for court, the couple refused to show up after they were issued subpoena�s and my case was dismissed. Do I have the right to sue them?

Yes, you might have a viable civil claim against your accusers for malicious prosecution, but many more facts would be required in order to make a more definitive determination on this issue.
