Liability or Charitable Ammunity

I was bitten by a dog at the local SPCA while performing assigned Community serviuce by the court. This same dog has bitten several other people before me but the SPCA did nothing. Is the SPCA covered by Charitable Ammuity ?

Charitable Ammunity? Perhaps, you mean sovereign immunity? If so, I don't know.

But one way to find out is to sue them in small claims court for whatever damages you can recover. You can file your case there for around $40.
