Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

I'm no longer live in NY, but the question is in NY.

I want to know if I or someone else has knowledge of a felony that been committed. Do I have to tell by law, This is a work place, and its the CEO, we can prove everything.

as a private citizen of the United States, have no duty nor obligation to report such a crime to law enforcement authorities.
