Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia
Manhole
It was dark and my son fell in a manhole that didnt have a cover on it at the time.And it happened on private property.Is the owner liable for his medical bills.He is in a wheelchair and it had no kinda of lighting and he didnt see the opening.

There are too many unknowns to answer your question; but, if there is liability it will be for more than the medical bills. Was he in a wheelchair at the time of the injury or as a result of the injury.
