Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

McDonalds served me sanitizer....

I was given a tea at McDonalds that was sanitizer. I called them they refused to give me msds info, since I was having reactions to swallowing this substance, I went to the ER. The insurance company has said they want to settle. How do I figure a fair number???
