My mother works for the federal government. In one of the meeting that they had a few of the managers lied on her and the and now she is losing her position. Is there a law that we could help her out such as a tort law or anything?

This question involves issues of labor/employment law rather than personal
injury and tort law.
If your mother is a permanent employee of the federal government,
she should be covered by an applicable collective bargaining agreement
under which she may pursue recourse for the situation described through the employee grievance procedure or EEO complaint
process.
