Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

Motor Accident

I was involved in an accident where the other driver crossed the middle lines and in order to avoid a head on collision, I swerved and was broadsided. The force of the impact spun my vehicle around and I overturned. I spent 24 hours in the hospital and after several tests I was cleared and released with just scrapes and bruises. The other driver was cited for wreckless driving and driving on a suspended license. What should my course of action be?

Re: Motor Accident

After the criminal charges are adjudicated against this other driver, you should consult with an attorney regarding your option for a civil suit for damages.
