Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia
personal injury law
I was seriously injured in a single car accident and I was thr driver of the vehicle. Can I sue my insurance company for personal injury if I only have liability insurance on this vehicle. The accident was my fault.

no. But you may have medical payments coverage which you will be entitled to regardless of fault. Contact your insurance company.

Sure, you could sue, but your case would be dismissed since you had no insurance coverage for this particular situation in which you apparently were the party and policy holder at fault.
