Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

I was rear ended in a car accident, suffured head injury which cause me to blackout. I was taken to the hospital by ambulance and had to have a head scan and received stitches by my left eye. I would like to know what a fair settlement would be for pain and suffering without suing.

Probably, somewhere in the range of 3 to 4 x the cost of your medical treatments for your physical injuries sustained in the accident. (That does not include a prognosis which may include your need for long term treatment and/or care.)
