While in a relationship, I contracted an STI from my partner. If he knew about this STI and lied to me about his state of health, do I have any legal recourse?

You could make a claim, but these cases are very hard to prove, and the sexual and medical histories of both parties will be in issue. If you have significant damages (medical bills, pain in the nether regions, emotional distress, etc).
You might consider having an attorney attempt to negotiate you a settlement, as you will likely need a healthy stomach and wallet for a long drawn-out lawsuit, which will likely be difficult and expensive.
Good luck.
