Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

Release of information

How do I go about obtaining information regarding bills paid by an insurance company? The bills were paid out to different institutions after my mother was in an accident. She died two months after the accident. Settlement pending.

A good way to do is to seek to become the administrator of your mother's estate. The local county courthouse can give you more information.
