Restaurant negligence
DETERMINING WHETHER WE HAVE A CASE REGARDING NEGLIGENCE PERTAINING TO THE MAINTENANCE OF A RESTAURANT. MY GRANDMA WAS AT A MCDONALDS RESTAURANT AND TRYING TO MOVE OUT OF AN AREA WHERE THE TABLES WERE CLUTTERED TOGETHER AND SHE TRIPPED OVER A CHAIR WITH A BENT LEG. sHE FELL AND BROKE HER HIP BONE AND SHE HAS TO GET SURGERY NOW. DO WE HAVE A CASE AGAINIST MCDONALDS?

Without knowing whether the chair to which you're referring was somehow placed in its position through McDonald's negligence which then became the proximate or legal cause of your grandmother's unfortunate accident, there's really no way to say, one way or the other.
