Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

My roommate has a picture of something personal and private of me. She has been showing people without my consent, she also took the picture without my consent as well. When I approached her she told me there's nothing I can do. I then approached her about breaking the lease and she is not budging. Between all this and her harassing me, I need help/advice

I would say that (assuming no cooperation on this roommate's part with respect to resolving any of these issues), you are likely without a remedy for any of them.
