How much to ask for a settlement?
My brother was injured by his neighbor's truck when he helped to unload a wood stove. He crushed his left femur and will require extensive therapy and medical care. He needs to know what is fair to ask in way of a settlement for pain and suffering?

This is a major injury, and the legal claim should be handled by a competent personal injury lawyer, just as much as the broken bone had to be treated by a physician.
