Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

slip and fall

I slipped and broke my foot while visiting my husband in a hospital.

My attorney sent a demand letter to the hospital 3 months ago and are telling me the hospital has not responded.

Should I accept this or should I find another attorney. The accident happened over a year ago, and the attorney does not seem aggresive enough to me.

Accept what, the hospital's nonresponse? Of course not, unless, of course, you have no valid claim.

(The statute of limitations is no more than two years on this kind of claim.)
