Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia
My son and daughter were involved in a school bus accident where a delivery truck hit a work truck and pushed the work truck into the bus, then the delivery truck also hit the bus. My son has a knee contusion and an injured ankle, my daughter is suffering from neck and back pain. My son has to go to see an orthopedic specialist also. My children have missed three days out of school at this point and are afraid to ride the school bus. I have missed two day from work at this point. Do I have a lawsuit?
